About Me
Hi, my name is Melody, and I teach. I am passionate about teaching middle and high school students that the Old Testament has a message for people today.

I currently teach science at Currituck County Middle School. I also taught math for eleven years and social studies for a year. Before coming to middle school, I taught kindergarten for nine years, and I spent a year teaching first grade also. With this experience, I am creating a website that will house 39 lessons. There will be one lesson for each book of the Old Testament.
The lessons will tie the 39 books together to tell one story that has a beginning, middle, and ending. There will also be beginners, intermediate, and advanced lessons. The intermediate lessons will teach seven themes. The intermediate lessons will also teach that the Old Testament is relevant for people today through teaching a standard.
